"I have known AJ for a number of years now. Our paths first crossed when I was a member of DW Sports & Fitness Club, Milton Keynes. I attended his boot camp style class and was instantly impressed with his enthusiasm, passion and class control. He was very engaging and as well as providing the class with an excellent work out, he made it fun. I was not new to exercise, far from it. I’m a qualified exercise to music instructor with over 20 years’ experience and I have completed over 20 marathons and numerous half marathons. So, for me, it’s a challenge to find an instructor who can deliver workouts to suit my demanding needs! 
 
I continued to attend AJ’s classes and then signed up for some PT sessions with him. I can honestly say he is the best PT I have worked with. As I have mentioned above, I’m quite demanding as regards workouts but due to years of marathon running and exercise, I do have a number of niggles as well as a long-term ankle condition. He always, without exception, builds workouts to take these into account and nothing provides an obstacle for him, even when I present him with a new condition such as a major operation to repair a full tear to my rotator cuff. He worked with me to get my mobility to such a level that even my consultant was highly amazed. It was the second repair, and a donor tendon was used on this occasion, the chances of having decent mobility were slim, and yet I have pretty much full use of my arm/shoulder and can still swim front crawl. I will forever be in AJ’s debt for the work he put into my rehab! 
 
In addition to AJ’s obvious skills as a PT and exercise instructor, he is truly passionate about health, and general well-being. He is now a qualified sports massage therapist and once again, he excels at another skill! 
 
His passion, enthusiasm, motivation, energy and genuine desire to help others achieve their goals is incredible and I urge anyone considering working with AJ to go for it, you won’t regret it."
